Blank Theory is built on a made-to-order model. No overproduction. No dead stock. No excess. Every garment that exists was ordered by someone who wanted it.
Made to order only
Every Blank Theory piece is produced only when an order is placed. We carry zero physical inventory. This eliminates the single largest source of waste in fashion — overproduction — entirely.
UK-based production
All production takes place at our certified UK facility. Shorter shipping distances to our primary market reduce transport emissions compared to traditional far-east manufacturing and global distribution models — with quality assurance built into every stage of fulfilment.
Heavyweight quality
Our 230gsm and 340gsm fabrics are engineered to last years, not seasons. A garment that doesn't end up in landfill after six months is more sustainable than any eco-label. We build things to be kept.
Mineral wash process
The mineral wash treatment uses mineral salts and enzymes rather than harsh synthetic bleaches. The result is a durable, permanent finish that doesn't require chemical refreshing and actually improves with home washing.
Honest about what we're not
We won't claim to be a fully sustainable brand. The fashion industry's environmental impact is complex, and greenwashing helps no one. What we can say honestly:

- Our packaging is minimal and recyclable
